We will be arriving at the resort on Sunday July 12, 2015, and invite those attending to arrive at a time convenient for them. We also ask that you stay as long as you please, and to enjoy your trip not just in celebration of our wedding, but as a vacation of a lifetime!
Coconut Bay is an all-inclusive resort where guests can choose to enjoy from four restaurants, four refreshing pools, and six bars. Coconut Bay is also divided into two wings: Harmony and Splash.
Harmony is Coconut Bay’s adults-only wing offering the perfect surroundings for a tranquil escape: hammocks, sun decks for two, a quiet pool and bar, the oceanfront Kai Mer Spa, and newly remodeled accommodations.
Splash is the resort’s playful wing where the young and young at heart will delight in the CocoLand water park and Kidz Klub or take pleasure in the thrilling activities offered by Coconut Bay’s exclusive Surf Shack and paintball court.
For guests staying on the Harmony side, you are able to enjoy the amentities and activities on the Splash side.
The resort is less than a ten minute drive from St. Lucia’s Hewanorra International Airport (Airport Code: UVF), and transfers to and from are included.
Currently, there are 4 major airlines that fly to UVF: US Airways, American Airlines, Delta, and JetBlue. Flights are limited to typically once daily, and are not available every day throughout the week, depending on the carrier. You can expect a least one layover during your travels. We have found it best, and most convenient, to travel on the weekends for two reasons. The first, flight times are the shortest. If traveling during the week, you can expect up to an 18+ hour travel time with long layovers. During the weekend, there are 1 stop layovers for an overall travel time of less than 8 hours. The second, the cost of flights during the week is higher than on the weekends. Granted, you may be thinking of staying Monday-Friday and less stays at the resort will save money even with taking a slightly more expensive flight, but the difference in flight costs vs less nights at the resort is still greater than staying for an average of 6 nights.
Aside from the resort activities, there are also other adventures that you can partake in on the island for an additional cost. (www.cbayresort.com/adventure)
We encourage you to book sooner, rather than later, due to mulitiple promotions the resort is running. Currently, there is a special of up to 55% off room rates through summer 2015.

Additional Key Notes:
