The story of us is quite an interesting story. We first met each other on June 19,2012 when I was vacationing in NC and attended a bible study session at his house but barely noticed each other.  Then we were introduced again in November of the same year while me and Maison were visiting my family for Thanksgiving. He first fell in love with Maison who was two months at the time which eventually led him to become curious about me. So months passed before we saw each other again but this time was different I went from visiting to permanently relocating to Raleigh in April 2013. Deante was in awe of me from that moment on but I thought we should become friends and I wasn't interested at first. So we were given the opportunity to develop a bond and friendship and became very close. As time went on I found myself falling him and developed feelings beyond a friendship. I am so in love with this man and I truly thank God for bringing us together and giving us the chance to make each other happy. He has been a awesome provider,  confidant,  friend,  spiritual provider,  father and I know he's going to be an amazing husband as God directs our journey. 

On June 22, 2014 while spending a day in the park with friends and family Deante had this whole plan to propose. With rromance and love he got down on one knee and changed all three of our lives from that moment on.  We set our special day for August 15, 2015. As we starting to prepare and plan we take one day at a time and keep God as the source and center of everything we do. We are looking forward to our day and to spending the rest of our lives together.
